We welcome community participation, but a secure submission channel has not yet been activated.
Submissions are currently closed. Do not send confidential tips, identifying information about vulnerable people, private records, or sensitive documents until we publish a suitable submission process. Standard email and web forms do not guarantee anonymity.
Source privacy
We cannot promise absolute confidentiality or protection against subpoenas, court orders, hosting logs, or other legal processes. Once a submission service is selected, we will explain its technical limitations and retention practices before activating it.
